The Delta 9 is a direct connect 1/2 wave whip antenna measuring 235mm in length. It is a 1/2 wave, helically wound, omni-directional antenna dedicated to 433MHz, with a tough, black over-mould. With a centre frequency of 433MHz, this antenna resonates on 433MHz that is far more focused than wide band antennas, such as a quad band GSM antenna, providing far superior performance. This does however mean that the Delta 9 is limited to 433MHz only application

433MHz resides within the Industrial, Scientific and Medical (ISM) band. Common applications for ISM antennas are low power short range applications such as: wireless sensory monitoring, street light control, smart metering and security systems, just to name a few.
