The Tango 22 is compact, puck shaped antenna that combines 3 separate antennas in one: a quad band GSM & 3G, a WiFi and a GPS antenna! This provides the user with a neat and tidy solution where the inconvenience of installing three separate antennas is avoided. This can save you on both installation time and cost. The Tango 22 is a solid built antenna approved to IP67 so it can be mounted comfortably in an outdoor location, exposed to the elements. Moreover, it has dual mounting with both a screw thread and adhesive base that further prevents risk of water ingress. Therefore, this antenna can be used for a host of different GSM/3G, GPS & WiFi applications including: car park / utilities metering, traffic monitoring, GPS tracking and many other M2M applications that utilise multiple technologies.
The Tango 22 contains three antennas built into a single package: 1) a quad band GSM & 3G antenna, 2) an active GPS antenna and 3) a WiFi antenna. The GSM antenna achieves a respectable peak gain of 2dBi, the WiFi 0dBi, whilst the active GPS antenna achieves an LNA gain of 28dB, suiting the demands of most GSM, WiFi and GPS applications.
The Tango 22 is supplied, as standard, with three 3 meter RG174 coaxial cable (one for GSM, one for WiFi and one for GPS), each terminated with SMA male connectors. Custom cable lengths and alternative connector types can be supplied for volume requirements.
